Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your email address and password.

When you use Vixal, we collect usage data including the prompts you submit, the videos you generate, and your credit balance and transaction history.

We do not collect or store your payment card details — that is handled entirely by Stripe.

We use your data to operate your account, process your subscription, deliver the service, and improve the product.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

We do not use your prompts or generated videos to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Vixal shares limited data with the following subprocessors to operate the service. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

• Supabase (database, authentication, storage) — account email, password hash, prompts, generated videos, credit balance.

• Stripe (payments) — name, email, billing address, and payment card details (collected and stored by Stripe, not Vixal).

• Whop (subscriptions & checkout) — email, subscription status, purchase history.

• OpenAI (AI video generation) — the prompts you submit for generation.

• fal.ai (AI video generation) — the prompts you submit for generation.

• OpenRouter (AI prompt assistance) — chat inputs used to help craft prompts.

• Resend (transactional & marketing email) — email address, name, email engagement events (opens, clicks).

• PostHog (product analytics) — pseudonymous usage events, device/browser info, IP address, page views.

• Meta Pixel & Meta Conversions API (advertising measurement) — hashed email, IP address, browser identifiers (fbp/fbc cookies), page views, purchase events and amounts. This data is shared with Meta Platforms, Inc.

• Google/YouTube OAuth (only if you connect your YouTube channel) — YouTube channel identifiers and upload permissions you grant.

Your account data is stored securely using Supabase.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@vixal.app.

We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Vixal uses cookies only for essential functionality such as keeping you logged in.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
