Vixal is an AI-powered video generation tool. We provide the platform — you are responsible for how you use what it creates.

Nothing generated by Vixal should be used to violate YouTube's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or reused content policies. Accounts found doing so may be suspended without refund.

You must be 18 or older to create an account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Vixal operates on a monthly subscription with credit allowances per tier. Subscriptions renew automatically each month.

You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.

We use Stripe to process all payments securely — Vixal does not store your card details.

Credits are deducted when a video generation is successfully submitted to our AI provider. Credits consumed on completed or in-progress generations are non-refundable.

Credits that fail to generate due to a confirmed error on our side will be refunded to your account balance.

We do not issue cash refunds for unused monthly credits.

You agree not to use Vixal to create content that violates YouTube's policies, infringes on third-party intellectual property, or is harmful, deceptive, or illegal.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the platform.

Starter Plan subscribers receive a personal use license. Content generated may not be monetized, sold, or used in paid advertising. Creator and Pro Plan subscribers receive a commercial license. Content generated may be monetized on platforms including YouTube, sold to clients, and used in paid advertising campaigns.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. By using Vixal, you and Vixal agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Vixal (a "Dispute") will be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration, and not in court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court.

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, and conducted in English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER. You and Vixal agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and NOT as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this Dispute Resolution section will be null and void.

JURY TRIAL WAIVER. You and Vixal each waive any right to a trial by jury.

30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing hello@vixal.app within 30 days of first accepting these Terms with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your account email. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms.

Governing law and venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not subject to arbitration will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

You are solely responsible for any prompts, images, audio, video, or other content you submit to Vixal or generate using Vixal ("User Content"). You represent that you have all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Vixal complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To report copyright infringement, see our Copyright & DMCA Policy at https://vixal.app/dmca. We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vixal is not liable for User Content and disclaims responsibility for any third-party claims arising from your User Content.

We may update these terms from time to time.

Continued use of Vixal after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
